Seven Stars Bakery is located in Providence, Rhode Island.  Its owner, Jim Williams, wanted fresh stone-milled, whole grain flour to incorporate into their breads and asked Andrew to design and build a mill. Built with 40" natural Vermont granite stones, this mill also helps Jim meet demands for his extremely popular, 100% whole grain project, Backdoor Breads.
